Report Center

If something on Snappy breaks our Community Guidelines, or you're worried about someone's safety, here's how to report it.

1. How to Report

You can report directly from the app, without needing to contact us first:

2. What Happens After You Report

Our team reviews reports and takes action consistent with our Community Guidelines - which can include removing content, warning the account, or suspending it. We keep the details of who reported what confidential from the reported account.

3. Imminent Danger

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first - reporting in the app is not a substitute for that.

4. Child Safety

Snappy has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material or the exploitation of minors. Any such content is removed immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Law Enforcement Requests

Law enforcement agencies can reach us with an official request at legal@madebysnappy.com.

6. Appeals

If your account was actioned and you think we got it wrong, reply to the notice you received or contact us below to request a review.

7. EU Digital Services Act

If you are in the EU, reports made here also serve as notices under the Digital Services Act. See the EU Digital Services Act section of our Terms of Service for our point of contact and your right to lodge a complaint with a Digital Services Coordinator.
